Last night Ashley Greene and her “Twilight” pals Charlie Bewley, Nikki Reed, and Jackson Rathbone hit up their second-to-last date on the “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ Concert Tour.

The fab foursome arrived on the red carpet at The Fillmore in San Francisco, California to meet and greet with fans before participating in a cool Q&A session. Afterwards fans were treated to music from artists on the movie soundtrack.

Ashley kept it casual, yet classy in a pretty pleated abstract camo printed “Orly” silk top by Joie. Considering the deep v-neck opening, Ashley wore a flesh-colored camisole underneath. You can buy Ashley’s top at Piperlime!

She paired the top with a tight pair of dark denim jeggings and nude patent “Maniac” pumps by Brian Atwood.

Sleek layered hair, chic rose gold nail head bangles and small pyramid hoop earrings by Melinda Maria, and a bronze crocodile clutch completed Ashley’s look of the night.

The color of Ash’s top is called ‘fiery red’ –  maybe that inspired her choice lip color.
