When Chloe Moretz arrived at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC on Saturday night for the “Gossip Girl” 100th episode celebration, she proved to me that she can dress like a young teen!

Chloe looked adorable in a mixed pattern short sleeve green, blue, black, and white mini dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Stella McCartney.

She covered bare legs in the chilly weather with sheer dark tights then finished off with an orange clutch and two-color “Morgana” patent ankle strap pumps — also by Stella.

With loose wavy locks, Chloe was good-to-go! She was there in support of her pal Blake Lively; the two recently starred in the movie “Hick” together.
