Julie Bowen was in attendance at the 2011 American Music Awards to present the award for “Favorite Pop/Rock Male” with her “Modern Family” co-star Sarah Hyland last night.

Julie hit the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live wearing a silver, ivory, bronze, and black sequined stripe long-sleeve mini dress from the Fall/Winter 2010 collection by Manish Arora.

While this exact look wasn’t seen on the catwalk — two variations were.

This dress is really cool, and it’s definitely something you could wear on the red carpet or for a night out on the town. I bet it was really comfortable to sit in for the whole ceremony.

I love her high loosely twisted hairstyle. It looks really easy to achieve, but there are probably a whole slew of tricks! I prefer this to the popular tight top knot everyone is wearing.

Julie carried a black Jimmy Choo clutch and wore black patent “Lady Peep” platform pumps by Christian Louboutin.
