Kirsten Dunst in Miu Miu | “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”

On Thursday night, Kirsten Dunst paid a visit to comedian Jimmy Fallon for a guest-appearance on his late night talk show “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” in New York City.

It felt like spring for her in the morning, but by nightfall the 29-year-old actress was in the mood to turn back the clocks instead of the season with this ultra-retro look from Miu Miu.

Kirsten wore a Resort 2012  blue and white gingham taffeta silk belted dress which she paired with ivory leather sling-back pumps from the same collection.

This wouldn’t be a bad selection for a outdoor daytime event — it would actually be perfect. I just don’t think this was a great option for her to wear on a late night talk show.

I’m trying to think of a way she could have altered the look to make it more appropriate, but it’d either make it worse or completely turn her into a 21st century June Cleaver.
