Lea Michele in Jenny Packham | 2011 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards

Lea Michele looked amazing last night while in New York City to attend Glamour’s 2011 Women of the Year Awards that was held at Carnegie Hall.

The “Glee” star was immersed in a gorgeous silk tulle nude gown from the Spring 2012 mainline collection by Jenny Packham.

The short sleeve dress featured an open v-neck and was completely embellished from shoulder to mid-thigh with dazzling crystal embellishments.

I want to say that I wish she had left her hair up to show off the design further, but I really like her hair down. This was definitely a winning look for Ms. Michele.

Her red carpet-ready make-up was complete with a red lippe. Her feet were clad in nude satin slingback “Cachet” pumps by Sergio Rossi that perfectly matched her dress.
