Chloe Moretz in Tommy Hilfiger | Tommy Hilfiger London Flagship Store Launch

Taking advantage of her time in London last week, Chloe Moretz hit up the launch of the Tommy Hilfiger flagship store on Thursday with Douglas Booth, Hayley Atwell, and Matthew Goode.

The 14-year-old actress looked very mature in brown leather skinny pants featuring a black velvet tuxedo stripe down the leg from Tommy’s Fall/Winter 2011 collection. She paired these with a coordinating black top, but added insta-drama with a waffle knit brown cape that was cropped in the front — to show off the pants of course — then went straight to her knees in the back!

Chloe didn’t need any accessories with such a statement piece as the cape, although  she did wear a little gold ring on her left pinky to draw attention to her bronze nail lacquer.

One of my favorite things about the look are her Chanel velveteen dark olive ankle-strap boots with button details. Chloe could have opted for a standard black shoe or another shade of brown, but this budding fashion savant took of the risk of adding a little pop.

Obviously she let the outfit do the talking; notice the lack of heavy make-up and just a light twirl to her tendrils?
