Jessica Biel in Valentino | 6th Annual Charity: Ball Benefiting charity:water

Last night Jessica Biel took over hosting duties for the 6th Annual Charity:Ball benefiting charity:water, a non-profit organization focused on bringing clean drinking water to those living in developing nations.

Jessica arrived at the 69th Regiment Armory in New York City for the ceremony in head-to-toe Valentino, which included a black v-neck embellished lace long dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

Once again, Jessica left her layered tresses out and straight. She could have definitely worked some seriously glam-curls with this dress!

Jessica finished off her red carpet look with a satin clutch and gorgeous black diamond jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz.
