Rooney Mara in Roksanda Ilincic | “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” Stockholm Premiere

After a successful red carpet look at the London premiere, Rooney Mara took to Sweden to premiere “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” last night at the Sergel Theatre. This is a film based off a very popular trilogy book series by Swedish author Stieg Larsson; it was only fitting to have a red carpet screening in Stockholm — where the movie was also filmed.

It must have been a challenged to move around in her white gown earlier this week, so Rooney kept ‘somewhat’ simple in a cool sleeveless black jumpsuit from the Resort 2012 collection by Roksanda Ilincic. The top portion of the one-piece was a wrapped bodice with large cutouts on both sides near the waistline.

I love Rooney’s style, and I think she really pulled this off. I was glad she did something with those bangs by sweeping them to the side. Considering the lack of color in the look — the red lipstick was perfect. There also was no jewelry for her, Rooney truly kept it neat and simple.

She finished off her look with black “Carla” peep toe pumps by Brian Atwood.
