Blake Lively in Jason Wu | Jason Wu For Target Private Launch Event

Blake Lively came out to Skylight SOHO  in support of Jason Wu‘s exclusive collection for Target at his launch fête in NYC tonight. She partied the night away with Jason and her “Hick” co-star Chloe Moretz!

While many celeb attendees wore looks from the upcoming collection, the “Gossip Girl” actress opted for a dress from his Spring/Summer 2012 collection. You may remember seeing this dress, featuring a black top and an ivory peplum skirt embellished with black Swarovski crystals, on Michelle Williams recently — but Blake’s version was reversed in color.

This is still one of my favorite dresses from the collection and now I’m totally torn as to which way I like it more.

  Sadly I felt like her accessories were a bit uninspired, despite how different they were. Don’t get me wrong, I love her sequined leopard “Fifi” pumps by Christian Louboutin, I mean come on — I’m a leopard print addict. I just don’t like them with this particular dress nor am I the biggest fan of the jewelry.

I would rather have seen a nice onyx necklace on her and a high sleek ponytail.

Blake didn’t totally skip out on wearing anything from the Target collection though, she arrived in a JW for Target trench!
