Ellie Kemper hit the red carpet Sunday night for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards in a gorgeous shade of bright teal!

The “Bridesmaids” actress wore a sleeveless version of this long sleeve crew-neck beaded gown from the Resort 2012 collection by Lorena Sarbu.

Honestly, I like the dress both ways but the sleek sleeveless look just shined on Ellie. I’d probably still gush over it had she worn the sleeves though because I genuinely like the dress and how it fit her.

She wore her hair up in a lovely side-parted bun and her eyes popped with a dress-matching shadow.

Her dress was so energetic that she didn’t go overboard in the accessory department. Ellie completed her look with diamond earrings and a striking eggplant satin box clutch with a stunning peacock embellishment. Such contrast!
