Emma Stone in Jason Wu | 2012 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

With the lack of an actual red carpet tonight at the 17th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, it was left up to the stars to provide some color. Emma Stone was one of the stylish women who arrived at the Hollywood Palladium bursting with it.

“The Help” actress joined her co-stars, who received the award for “Best Acting Ensemble” tonight, wearing a brilliant sleeveless green and blue patterned dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Jason Wu.

This was one of my favorite designs from the collection.

I love the triple keyhole openings at the drawstring neckline. My only qualm is that, because she wore a much thicker belt, the dress didn’t gather higher on her waistline. The gown was also very long on her so I didn’t get a view of the beautiful rise-and-fall hemline.

Emma finished off her look with a perfectly imperfect up-do with swept bangs; she accessorized with black open toe Alexander McQueen heels and jewels by Sydney Evan.
