Jennifer Lawrence in Prada | 84th Academy Awards Nominations Announcement

2011 Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence joined Tom Sherack on the stage early this morning at the AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills to announce the nominations for The 84th Annual Academy Awards.

The 21-year-old star of the upcoming “The Hunger Games” wore a sleeveless sangallo eyelet lace dress, featuring a blue and pale yellow top with floral detailing and a black pencil skirt, that was inspired by the Spring/Summer 2012 collection from Prada.

I think it was a nice look for the morning event setting; it highlighted the toned curves Jenn developed on set of her new movie.

Her hair looked very pretty in light waves with swept bangs, but I wish she had worn them up so I could see the pattern better at the sides of the top portion of the dress. It looks like she’s slowly returning to her blonde locks after rocking a rich chocolate shade for her role in ‘Games’.

The bottom of her dress looks a little bunched up on the side, but it might be from the way she’s standing.

Jenn finished off her look with a thin silver necklace and black leather “Maniac” pumps by Brian Atwood.
