Kelly Osbourne in Zac Posen | 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards

E! red carpet corespondent Kelly Osbourne was one of the first ladies on the red carpet this past Sunday for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards. The 27-year-old made a bold statement by pairing her dyed lilac hair — or is that grey? — with a cerulean blue strong-shouldered gown by Zac Posen.

This gown, which features a glorious long fishtail hem, comes from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

I don’t like the hair, I just really want her to dye it back or go darker. Everything she wears just doesn’t live up to the full potential for me because of the hair.

She finished off her look with a beaded black Judith Leiber bag, silver glitter pumps, and jewelry from Vhernier.
