Lucy Hale in Paul & Joe | Disney ABC Television Group’s “TCA Winter Press Tour”

Lucy Hale joined her “Pretty Little Liars” co-stars on Tuesday morning as they promoted their hit ABC Family series at the annual Winter TCA Press Tour for Disney ABC coverage.

The 21-year-old petite actress looked so adorable in this really fun yellow “Mariposa” mini dress with bold pink butterflies printed all over it by Paul & Joe. I mean, it does look somewhat like a really sparkly beach towel… but after you’ve seen a few Lady Gaga outfits — this seems pretty tame.

I just can’t decide what I like more; the dress or her ‘oh my goodness those are amazing’ super high Giuseppe Zanotti platform slingback pumps. I’m not a huge fan of the two of them paired together — I would prefer open toe ankle boots — but I would seriously have zero problems reaching the highest shelves at the supermarket in those.

Yes, I would totally wear them while grocery shopping.

Lucy wore her thick dark hair up in a loose style that showed off her “Nude Casual” earrings by Brumani in 18k white gold with diamonds, black crystal and smoky quartz. Oh-la-la.
