There’s something about Meryl Streep.

Her comfortable elegance just baffles me; it’s as if she looks good without really trying. Meryl knows what works for her and she stays on trend without wearing things which don’t compliment her strictly because they’re “so in”.

The Iron Lady” actress went for it at the Globes in a shirt dress, but kicked it up a notch this past weekend at the 2012 SAG Awards in a fabulous greige three quarter-length sleeve gown by Vivienne Westwood. This design hugged and flattered her figure; the gathering floaty organza fabric draped over the v-neck line and was banded together with a thick belt.

I just fell in love with it.

This is something I’d like to see more of her in.

Meryl finished off her look with long gold earrings, a pumped up coif with swept bangs and grey peep toe sandals.
