Michelle Williams in Jason Wu | 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards

“My Week With Marilyn” actress Michelle Williams stunned in a black sheer three-quarter length crew-neck gown with all-over violet velvet embroidery by Jason Wu for the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards tonight.

During the show she took home the award for “Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy” for her role as Marilyn Monroe, but she was already a winner when she arrived on the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in this beautiful design.

The dress hugged her in every way, in my opinion, there wasn’t a ill-fitting issue in sight. To play off the sweetness of the look, Michelle added a thick black headband to her pixie haircut that was embellished with a diamond brooch.

Michelle finished off her look with a sparkling Judith Leiber clutch and diamond stud earrings that matched her three rings — all by Fred Leighton for Forevermark.

Her dress was too long to see them, but she’s also wearing heels by Nicholas Kirkwood.
