Octavia Spencer in Tadashi Shoji | 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards

Octavia Spencer must have been floating on cloud nine at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards this past weekend; she took home the award for “Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture ” and looked fabulous doing so!

“The Help” actress took the red carpet by storm in a lovely lilac silk custom gown by Tadashi Shoji with gathering from the bodice until midway on the dress. A crystal embellishment at the bust held it all together — I loved the short sleeves and wide v-neck design.

This was a breathtaking silhouette on Octavia and a flattering color. From her smooth up-do to her beautiful dress and simplistic chic accessories — she was a winner twice that night. Her drop earrings and ring were designed by Irene Neuwirth and that perfectly matched her satin “Monica Bow” clutch by Judith Leiber.

Octavia also wore “Ambrosina” champagne sandals by Christian Louboutin.
