Reese Witherspoon in Louis Vuitton | “This Means War” London Premiere

Kicking off the international promotional tour for her new movie “This Means War”, Reese Witherspoon arrived at the Odeon Kensington cinema today in London for the big red carpet premiere.

Reese wore the same Louis Vuitton sequined silk and cashmere knit dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection that Cate Blanchett wore this past weekend — in black and green!

I much prefer Reese’s dress to the design show during the presentation; the tiers at the skirt look less heavy shortened and I’m kind of obsessed with this color combination! While the grosgrain ribbon belt is a nice touch, I believe it would look good either way.

This is a big departure for Reese; I typically see her in sweetheart neckline corset cocktail dresses with a pencil skirt. There was nothing ever really wrong with them, but this is a step in a great direction!

The only thing I would really change would be her Christian Louboutin suede pumps. They just don’t compliment the high intensity style of the dress.

She finished off her look with a Louis Vuitton ‘Trésor Carène’ minaudière and pin-straight tresses and wispy bangs.
