Shailene Woodley in L’Wren Scott | 2011 National Board of Review Awards

It’s nice to see that Shailene Woodley was back on the right fashionable path last night at the 2011 National Board of Review Awards in New York City.

The 20-year-old star of “The Descendants” arrived at Cipriani 42nd Street wearing a black floral embroidered red sleek sheath dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection L’Wren Scott. I prefer the scarlet shade of Shailene’s dress, but the shorter length seen on the runway model.

Aside from the boring black pumps, this is a major improvement from a few of her previous event looks.

She has room to grow, but this is a good start.
