Berenice Bejo in Azzedine Alaïa | 2012 BAFTA Awards

I was totally surprised when I saw Berenice Bejo hit the red carpet on Sunday night for the 2012 Orange British Academy Film Awards in an Azzedine Alaïa haute couture gown!

“The Artist” actress arrived at the Royal Opera House wearing this design that had been modified from a look that was seen on the Fall/Winter 2011 catwalk.

Honestly, I prefer the style on the model as I adore the crisscross halter neckline and belt, but I’m happy to see Berenice having such a great fashion moment. It looks great on her and I’m still a total fan of her new red hair!

Berenice accessorized well with jewelry from Chopard; rubellite (30 cts) and diamond earrings from the Red Carpet collection and a central emerald cut diamond (7cts) ring surrounded by black diamonds from the Haute Joaillerie collection.

Due to the cold weather, she wore a long-sleeve black furry cropped combo jacket on the red carpet.
