After a less-than-stellar look at the BAFTAs the night before, Christina Ricci selected a fabulous black dress by Jonathan Saunders for her trip down the red carpet for the 2012 ELLE Style Awards on Monday night.

The “Pan Am” actress arrived at the Savoy Hotel in this column dress with a sheer ruched neckline and satin bust from the Resort 2011 collection. The cut and design was a better fit for her tiny body — it actually made her appear taller which is always a good thing.

I like her bangs… but I wish she had worn them swept to the side.

Christina was in attendance to present the Brisitsh Designer of the Year award to Jonathan.
