Emma Stone changed out of her fuchsia gown from the Academy Awards ceremony earlier in the evening before hitting the printed carpet at Sunset Tower Sunday night for the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party!

The 23-year-old actress slipped into a black tulle gown with multiple tears from the Fall/Winter 2011 haute couture collection by Chanel. I like the dress from the waist up — especially the peplum, but I wish the skirt portion had been lined. The look is kind of thrown off for me when I see her knee-caps through it. Normally I’m not put off by a sheer skirt, but for this one, it just doesn’t seem to flow on Emma.

She completed her look with stud earrings, a diamond and black onyx cocktail ring and sandals.

Emma left her hair styled in the smooth bun with swept bangs she wore to the awards.
