Emmy Rossum in Jenny Packham | Vanity Fair’s Vanities 20th Anniversary

Emmy Rossum was cool in blue when she arrived at Siren Studios in Hollywood last night for the “Vanities” 20th Anniversary bash thrown by Vanity Fair and Juicy Couture.

The “Shameless” actress wore a lovely layered one shoulder aquamarine silk dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Jenny Packham that gathered at the waist with a matching fabric belt.

Emmy always looks extra glam in blue, and I adore this shade on her.

I love her dark and bright blue striped clutch by Salvatore Ferragamo that matched her dress and her super cool gold H. Stern earrings. I would have liked to have seen a sleeker strappy gold sandal rather than the thick banded peep toe Christian Louboutin “Fortuna” pair that she opted for.

She completed her look with a messy chignon and bright orange lips!
