Emmy Rossum stepped out on the green carpet last night in bright yellow for the 9th Annual Pre-Oscar fête thrown by Global Green USA — this particular gala was held in support of ‘Green’ schools and ‘Green’ communities.

The 25-year-old “Shameless” star selected an Eco-couture yellow a-line cocktail dress designed by Oliver Tolentino that was naturally dyed with hand-woven fabric made from a blend of abaca (Manila) hemp, Philippine silk and the fiber of pineapple leaves! The sheer overlay at the bodice was embellished with multiple rosette cut-outs and beautiful freshwater pearls.

Is it just me or does Emmy remind you of Belle from “Beauty and the Beast” in these photos?

With dazzling Chopard earrings and a high ponytail, Emmy finished off her look with gold Salvatore Ferragamo t-strap sandals.
