Ginnifer Goodwin in Peter Som | 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

I was so excited to see “Once Up On A Time” star, Ginnifer Goodwin at the Oscar Vanity Fair party on Sunday in this black dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Peter Som.

This reminded me of the time she went to the “Something Borrowed” premiere in that electric black and gold look last year and made it on my Best of 2011 list. I love when Ginny goes for a bit of an edgy and perks up that pixie haircut of hers.

She looked amazing in this sheer cocktail dress with a fun peplum attachment at the waist. I loved the paleness to her make-up; it added such a cool factor to the whole ensemble.

Unfortunately, while I like her bag and shoes, they just don’t seem to compliment the look in the best way. The same goes for her jewelry; the earrings were good, but the necklace was a bit too much in pairing.

Ginnifer is carrying a Salvatore Ferragamo bag.
