Giuliana Rancic in Tony Ward Couture | 2012 Oscars

Giuliana Rancic was one of the first ladies on the red carpet Sunday night for “the biggest night in film” — the 84th Annual Academy Awards. The “E! Fashion Police” co-host arrived at the Hollywood & Highland Center in great spirits wearing a couture gown by Tony Ward.

She’s been on every red carpet this awards season which has had to be trying considering she recently underwent treatment for breast cancer. With that said, she looked happy and fabulous in this beaded metallic cap-sleeve gown from Tony’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

I wish she had left her hair out or at least styled it in a loose up-do; the tightly pulled bun just seemed a bit harsh with her dark make-up and sleek gown.
