Jessica Chastain went bold in red when she attended the BAFTA nominees party at Asprey London yesterday evening.

The 30-year-old actress also honored designer Lee McQueen, who died two years ago on the day, by wearing a red Alexander McQueen sleeveless dress with an a-line skirt and a double buckle black leather belt.

The dress comes from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection where it was seen with black all-over embroidery and a corset belt. I wish Jessica had worn the version from the presentation, but I don’t dislike her selection either.

No major accessories were needed for this vibrant dress — Jessica simply finished with a red pout, bouncy ponytail and a pair of black peep toe platform pumps from Jimmy Choo.

   Lovely dress but it’s wearing her vs. well you know. She needs to dye her hair a spicy cognac or something.

     While that color would be nice, I don’t think she needs to dye it. However, I do agree that’s one lovely dress.
