It became clear that “The Descendants” actress, Judy Greer was one of the many actresses jumping on the scuba dress train when she attended the 84th Academy Awards last night.

Judy wore a black sleeveless sleek gown, with bold silver metallic sequin paneling at the front and back, from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Monique Lhuillier.

I liked this one a lot. It’s not something I would have imagined for the Oscars, but it looked great on Judy! This was the first time I’ve ever paid so much attention to her on the red carpet as well, so if anyone else felt that way — it was obviously a good thing for her. It’s a lot better than her bridal look at the SAG Awards.

With a soft mane of waves, diamond jewelry, and a silver satin Judith Leiber evening clutch — her look was complete.
