Okay, Kate Beckinsale. You win. We get it. You look good in everything.

The 38-year-old English actress looked amazing when she attended the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday night wearing a long sleeve cut-out nude gown with bronze and black patterned detailing accented in tulle, from the Fall/Winter 2011 Atelier Versace collection.

This is a tough dress to pull off and Kate seemed to do it so easily.

She finished her look off with gorgeous long curls, but I imagine it would have been even better if she had worn an ultra-chic high and sleek pin-straight ponytail.

Kate is carrying a black rectangular box clutch by Stark and wearing yellow diamond stud earrings from Chopard.
