Katy styled her short blue hair in a retro up-do with Betty Page-esqué rolled bangs.
She finished off her look with aquamarine bangles, a matching Solange Azagury-Partridge blue lips ring and azure suede Giuseppe Zanotti platform sandals with a large bow appliqué at the open toe.
Of course no Katy Perry look would’ve been complete without her pink lipstick!
She’s still giving Smurfette a run for her money, I see.
