Leighton Meester rocked the amfAR New York Gala To Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week last night at Cipriani Wall Street when she arrived on the red carpet in a fabulous head-to-toe look from Louis Vuitton!

The 25-year-old “Gossip Girl” star wore a black v-neck cocktail dress with a leather belt at the waist and two large fur pockets from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

I love the fit and the look on her — it looks even better than it did on the model!

Not only did I love her dress — her hair looks great! I would have been so bummed if she had gone for the messy tresses as she sometimes will. Leighton added big curls and wispy bangs to her mane before topping off with pretty make-up that gave her a well-kempt finish.

Leighton completed her look with LV accessorizes, which included: dark grey “Varennes” pumps from the Resort 2012 collection with a chunky heel and a thin black bow strap banding across the top. She’s also carrying a mini trésor minaudière!

She arrived covered up in a warm coat from the same Pre-Fall collection.
