Like Meryl Streep, “The Artist” star Missi Pyle also attended the 2012 Oscars wearing an Eco-couture gown.

The 39-year-old actress arrived on the red carpet wearing a mineral-dyed aqua trumpet gown designed by Valentino Delfino. It was made using cruelty-free silkworms! Valentino was the winner of Suzy Amis Cameron’s “Red Carpet Green Fashion” designer competition and hand pleated this trumpet gown for Missi to wear for the big night.

The lining of her dress was also created using recycled polyester.

Missi had another opportunity to show off her dress as she joined her cast on stage when “The Artist” won Best Picture!

She completed her look with Christian Louboutin heels and diamond jewelry.
