Octavia Spencer in David Meister | 84th Annual Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon

It was all about the little black dress when “Best Supporting Actress” nominee Octavia Spencer arrived at the Beverly Hilton Hotel today for the annual Oscar nominees luncheon.

“The Help” actress selected a black knee-length faux jersey wrap dress by David Meister that featured a sparkling beaded appliqué at the waist.

This was a great fitting dress on her; I’ve really been enjoying her style this awards season. It hasn’t been perfect for every event, but she’s been donning some very flattering looks.

She finished off her ensemble with a pair of ankle strap platform sandals which lengthened her legs and a fabulous leopard print “Invitation” oversize clutch by J.Crew!

Gold hoop earrings, a delicate silver necklace, and a slightly curled hairstyle completed her look.
