Penelope Cruz looked amazing when she arrived at the Royal Opera House tonight for the 2012 Orange British Academy Film Awards in a chic red gown that was custom designed by Giorgio Armani.

The “Nero Fiddled” actress selected this strapless Armani Privé column gown with a cascading ruffle at her hip.

With diamond earrings and a high ponytail that put her wispy bangs on display, Penelope’s look was complete.

She must have been so cold!
