During “American Idol”‘s  Top 13 to 12 live elimination show on March 8th, Jennifer Lopez hit the stage with Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson wearing a gorgeous leather v-neck dress by Reem Acra.

The 42-year-old looked stunning in the Spring 2012 design as the creamy shade of pink blush really highlighted her even caramel complexion and honey-highlighted long tresses. It was feminine, sexy and oh-so-J.Lo.

Finishing off a look in only a way ‘Jenny from the Block’ can, she slipped on a metallic rose gold pair of multi-strapped studded platform “Isolde” pumps from the 20th Anniversary collection by Christian Louboutin.
