Katy Perry in Balmain | Out to Dinner at La Maison Du Caviar in Paris

The white and gold long-sleeve printed dress comes from the Resort 2012 collection from the French fashion house, and fit Ms. Perry like a snug glove. A similar version of the dress was presented with the pre-Spring collection last year.
I’m getting use to Katy’s blue mane, but I’m waiting for her to go back to black. In the meantime I find that when she wears black or neutral colors, her Crayola-colored hair looks better. I love it in this shot, especially the way she has it styled in face-framing bouncy curls.
Katy complimented her look with her fave Christian Louboutin “Summerissima” sandals, a matching stingray minaudière from Salvatore Ferragamo, and a cool diamond and ruby syringe ring from J. Molinari.
She looks terrible and you know it.
