Claire Danes in Preen | HBO’s “Girls” NY Premiere

Claire Danes wore a long-sleeve “Diamond” dress by Preen when she attended the red carpet premiere of HBO’s “Girls” last night at the School of Visual Arts Theater in New York City.

The 32-year-old actress is obviously getting on board with the neon colors and color-blocking trend as her black dress featured gold weave printing and the insert of neon green at the shoulder.

This was definitely one of my favorite looks from the Fall 2012 collection, but I think it would have been cool if she added something a little extra to the dress with a matching neon green belt.

With a smooth mane and pretty jewels, Claire finished her look, but not without topping it off with a pair of classic black pumps. Not a bad choice, but I would have preferred something a bit more inspired.
