Emma Stone in J. Mendel | NBC’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”

It’s not long now until “The Amazing Spider-Man” hits theaters, so the stars of the sure-to-be summer box office smash are already hitting the promotional trail.

Emma Stone sat down with Ellen DeGeneres for an appearance on ”The Ellen DeGeneres Show” earlier this month, to talk about the movie, while wearing a stylish black gold day tweed sleeveless godet dress, from the Fall 2012 collection by J. Mendel.

I love the color and flared skirt, but most of all — I’m totally into the leather back and seam detailing.

This would have looked even better on the 23-year-old actress if she was still rocking her famous red mane, but I still really like on her. All she’s missing is the belt.

I wish there were some full length photos to get the full effect of the dress, but luckily we saw a glimpse of her shoes in the photo below. As Ellen reached into a container for a surprise spidey guest, Emma jumped in her seat, and in turned showed a bit of her strappy black patent sandals!
