Jacqueline Emerson wore a cool digital dress when she attended NYLON Magazine’s 13th anniversary bash last night at Smashbox West Hollywood.

The 17-year-old actress from the hit movie “The Hunger Games” selected this botanical, ink blotted, short sleeve dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Cynthia Rowley.

I love the printed design – and the bright colors really complimented Jacqueline’s fiery red hair.

She completed her look with a black patent “Fiesta” clutch from BLUES by kyky and rose satin platform Casadei pumps.

Jacqueline spent the evening mingling with her costars Alexander Ludwig, Dayo Okeniyi and Josh Hutcherson!
