Julie Bowen attended the White House Correspondents’ dinner on Saturday night in Washington, D.C. wearing a dazzling black cocktail dress by Monique Lhuillier.

The “Modern Family” actress selected this black silk v-neck, knee-length dress that was beautifully embellished with sequin appliqués and featured sheer insets at the neckline.

This was one of my favorite dresses from the Spring 2012 collection, but I think I enjoy seeing it more on Julie.

She finished off her look with gold and black accessories, including a metallic Jimmy Choo clutch, green gold with yellow citrine drop “Georgette” earrings by Joan Hornig and black satin “Cachet” slingback Sergio Rossi sandals.
