Katy Perry in Manish Arora | Indian Premier League Event

After hanging out with fans last weekend for the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, it was off to India for Katy Perry as she continued her tour to promote her new single “Part Of Me” while attending an event for the Indian Premier League on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old wore a colorful cap-sleeve sequin dress, with a creative landscape pattern, by Manish Arora. You would think that the dress would hold my attention more than anything, but my eyes immediately zeroed in on Katy’s shoes.

I’m obsessed with these black and gold “Avalon” sandals by Charlotte Olympia because, I mean, come on — that heel! The ornate intricate chunky heel has to be one of the most gorgeous footwear designs I’ve ever seen.

She finished off her look with a pin-curled hairstyle, pretty and bold golden jewelry, bright purple lacquered nails and a customary jeweled Bindi that she wore on her forehead.
