Anna Paquin in Rachel Comey | HBO’s “True Blood” 5th Season Premiere

Anna Paquin celebrated the fifth season of her hit vampy HBO series “True Blood” last night at a red carpet premiere held at ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome.

The 29-year-old actress was joined by her costar and husband Stephen Moyer; the two are expecting their first child together.

Anna proudly showed off her growing belly in a figure-hugging, black mesh cocktail dress from the Spring 2012 collection by Rachel Comey, which features modest, cutaway embellished panels on the front and back.

She looked fantastic, but her black platform, open toe Casadei pumps were a bit too heavy for the sleek cut of the dress. A sandal or stiletto pump would have made for a much more streamlined look.

Anna finished off with a black lacquered manicure and her blonde tresses gathered up in a woven ‘do to spotlight her white gold and diamond large star earring by Jennifer Meyer Jewelry.
