I’m not sure if it’s a good thing for her career that the 25-year-old actress is better known for her fabulous red carpet style moments than her actual films, but from a fashion stand-point — I’m okay with it.
Camilla was a guest of Ralph Lauren last night for the 2012 MET Costume Institute Gala, honoring the opening of the “Schiaparelli And Prada: Impossible Conversations” exhibition, where she donned a gorgeous liquid silver metallic embroidered gown from the Spring 2012 collection.
The thick sheer trim at the straps and daring plunge v-neckline looked amazing on Camilla’s long, lean figure. It also continued on the back which made for some chic over-the-shoulder photo ops.
She styled her chocolate tresses in a retro pincurl chignon before finishing off her look with diamond drop earrings, a matching diamond link bracelet and a silver minaudière.
Normally, I’m not a big fan of dark burgundy lip stick — but it’s definitely working for Ms. Belle.
Camilla made my Top 10 Best Dressed of 2011 list with a Ralph Lauren Collection gown that she wore last year, but now I can’t decide which I love on her more!
What did you think of this ultra-glam 1920s-inspired look on Camilla? Let me know!
