Before it was time to crown the eleventh season winner of “American Idol”, they still needed to hold another night of competition!

On Tuesday, May 22nd, Jennifer Lopez joined her fellow ‘Idol’ judges Steven Tyler (not pictured) and Randy Jackson for the Top 2 Live Performance Show as part one of the season finale.

Jennifer hit the stage wearing a cool asymmetric, black top from the Zuhair Murad Spring 2012 haute couture collection. This high-neck top featured sheer and crystal-embellished elements all over.

I would have liked to have seen this top partnered with a classic pencil skirt or some skinny black trousers, but J.Lo opted for something a bit riskier with leather pants! She wore a pair of gritty lambskin cropped trousers by 3.1 Phillip Lim.

Jennifer finished off her look with a sleek ‘do and black platform Jimmy Choo “Liv” sandals.
