Maggie Q wore a head-to-toe Lanvin ensemble when she stepped out on the black carpet for the 2012 CW Upfronts presentation on Thursday in New York City.

The “Nikita” actress donned a pleated techno jersey sleeveless grey dress and cinched the waist with a tan leather belt.

Maggie accessorized with a cool intricate gold arm cuff and a pair of dark-taupe leather Lanvin sandals that featured a gunmetal chain ankle strap, a wooden platform and a beautiful Swarovski crystal encrusted heel.

She kept the rest of her look fairly simple opting natural wavy tresses, a glossy coral pout and coffee-brown smokey eyes.
