Nina Dobrev in Elie Saab | amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS 2012

I kinda, sort of — pretty much — waited all afternoon to see Nina Dobrev at amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS gala in France today, but boy was she worth the wait!

Nina played up her caramel complexion with a regal blue, off-the-shoulder, fully sequined gown from the Spring 2012 collection by Elie Saab that featured a sexy side slit.

This was perfect for showing off Nina’s silver mirrored “Lance” sandals from Jimmy Choo!

I mean, really, how amazing does she look? This was the first time at the annual fête for the 23-year-old star of “The Vampire Diaries”, but you’d think she was an old pro. It’s interesting how far Nina has come in the styling game. She seems to have a better idea of what works for her body and height — and she’s working it.

Nina finished off her look by leaving her super long tresses up in an elegant style, which was great for showcasing her diamond drop Bulgari earrings.
