Rihanna in Adam Selman | “Battleship” LA Premiere

Rihanna made a grand entrance on the blue carpet on Thursday night when she arrived at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live for the Los Angeles premiere of her movie “Battleship” — based off the popular Hasbro board game.

The 24-year-old singer wore a custom white halterneck gown by Adam Selman — her go-to concert costume designer — with gathered draping at the waist, a plunging drape neckline, full open back and massively high thigh slit.

As I watched her arrive on the livestream, I kept my fingers crossed that she had enough double sided tape or the wind stayed calm because this was a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ waiting to happen.

Rihanna vamped up her look with swept waves, siren red lips and a frosted pink talon manicure.

She finished off with white strappy Manolo Blahnik sandals and jewelry from Vhernier and Neil Lane.
