Despite the gloomy day on the French Riviera, “Antiviral” actress Sarah Gardon looked bright and beautiful at the press conference and photocall this morning, held during the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

The 25-year-old Canadian actress wore a striking cherry red lace sleeveless dress with black trim and a matching banded waist from the Fall 2012 Jason Wu collection.

The color is sensational and looked amazing against Sarah’s fair complexion.

She finished off her look with soft smokey eyes, the popular “Heidi” braid hairstyle and a pair of Jason Wu black leather, open toe platform “Opium” pumps.

Next week Sarah will promote her second film at Cannes — “Cosmopolis” with actor Robert Pattinson. I can’t wait!
