Tonight was the big night for all Marvel fans as the stars of “The Amazing Spider-Man” hit the red carpet at the Regency Village Theatre in Hollywood for the world premiere!

Emma Stone, who stars as Gwen Stacy in the film, arrived wearing a white short sleeve Chanel cocktail dress, from the Resort 2013 collection. The A-line design features raspberry baroque embroidery throughout the waist of the dress and on the shoulders, which rise up in sharp angles.

Pin-tucking at the sides of the puffed skirt draws attention to the tufts of pale pink tulle peeking out underneath.

This was a bold choice for Emma to wear, and not something I expected though it fits her well. The webbing effect of the embroidery kept in theme with the film, but I was honestly hoping for something a little different — especially after Paris.

Emma finally wore a new pair of Christian Louboutin pumps! I’m totally obsessed with her spiked Swarovski encrusted “Just Picks” silver pumps with perspex sides and thin ankle straps, but I don’t think they were the perfect partner for this dress.

Something in raspberry to match the detail on her dress would have been beautiful, don’t you think?

She wore a diamond circle brooch in her wrapped hairstyle with swept bangs, and accessorized with Cartier small diamond stud earrings and a matching large cocktail ring. Emma kept her makeup minimal apart from black liner in a cat-eye effect.

Was this Emma’s best premiere look or were you disappointed?
