Jennie Garth took daughter Luca Bella Facinelli to the 2012 CMT Music Awards last night, where they put on their best mini dresses to party the night away.

While her daughter kept it classic in black, Jennie opted for luminous green.

The 40-year-old actress wore a iridescent teal cocktail dress by Gabriela Cadena. This Spring 2012 silk mini dress features a shimmering hand-beaded detail across one shoulder, a sweetheart neckline, and pin-tucking throughout the design.

I believe the dress should have come down a few inches longer. I don’t think it cuts off at the right part of her leg.

Jennie picked complimenting accessories for the dress, including black onyx and diamond jewelry, a dark green granite minaudière and a pair of metallic textured Giuseppe Zanotti slingback double platform pumps.
